At the start of the year each child is assigned a ‘key person’, who is also their group leader. Their role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs. They help each child to become familiar with the setting, offer a settled relationship for the child and build a relationship with parents and carers.
Our groups are decided depending on the hours the children attend, this helps our children to develop friendships.
Miss Franklin is the Key Worker for Red Group. Red Group are our 30 hours group.
Mrs Phillips is the Key Worker for Yellow Group. Yellow Group are our 15 hours group, they attend either the beginning of the week, (Monday & Tuesday all day and Wednesday mornings) or mornings only.
Green group have four Key Workers, Mrs Richardson and Miss Johnson work full time whilst Miss Bond works Monday – Wednesday and Mrs Hughes works Wednesday – Friday. Green Group are our two year old children. They attend a mix of sessions through out the week.
