At the start of the year each child is assigned a ‘key person’, who is also their group leader. Their role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs. They help each child to become familiar with the setting, offer a settled relationship for the child and build a relationship with parents and carers.
Our groups are decided depending on the hours the children attend, this helps our children to develop friendships.
